  • Poor coordination
  • Delays with achieving gross motor milestones
  • Low muscle tone
  • Lack of endurance
  • Poor balance and coordination
  • Difficulties with motor planning and/or coordination
  • Poor body awareness or difficulty navigating their environment (i.e., at home, at a playground, in busy places)

Older children can show similar concerns to toddler or preschool age children. They may also present with:

  • Poor posture & difficulty with maintaining seated positions
  • Difficulty learning and participating in physical activities (i.e., organized sports, gym class)
